Voice

Warcaller relays voice packets from a command channel to party channels in real time. Packets are held in memory for at most a fifth of a second and are never decoded, stored, transcribed or logged.

What we store

• Your Discord account id, username and avatar, so the dashboard can recognise you.
• The email address on your Discord account, used only as a fallback for account and billing notices such as a trial ending or a failed payment. Product news by email is off unless you turn it on in your account page.
• An encrypted copy of the Discord token that lets us list the servers you manage.
• Server, channel and role ids you configure, and which of our bots are installed where.
• Relay session records: who started a relay, when, and which slots were used.
• Subscription state from our payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.

Deleting data

Open Account in the dashboard to download everything we store about you, or to delete your account. Deleting cancels any plan you pay for, closes your billing account, and removes your profile, sessions and Discord token. Server settings belong to the server and stay until an admin removes the bots.
